Blake E. Williams, Esq.

Blake E. Williams is a dedicated personal injury attorney at The McPhillip Firm, with nearly 10 years of experience representing individuals who have been injured due to the negligence of others. He focuses his practice on personal injury litigation matters including automobile litigation, premises liability, medical malpractice, and trucking and transportation litigation.

Throughout his career, Blake has handled a wide range of motor vehicle accident cases, including collisions involving cars, trucks, and uninsured motorists. Blake also has extensive experience in premises liability cases, representing clients injured due to unsafe property conditions such as slip and falls, inadequate security, and hazardous environments. He understands the physical, emotional, and financial toll these incidents can take and works closely with clients to ensure they receive the compensation they deserve for medical expenses, lost wages, and pain and suffering.

Prior to joining The McPhillip Firm, Blake handled general defense litigation matters for various insurance companies, logistic trucking companies, global rental car companies, grocery retailers, and property management entities.

Blake is a member of the Gate City Bar Association, Georgia Defense Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and the Atlanta Bar Association. In his free time, Blake enjoys playing basketball, chess, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, Atlanta Hawks, and Baltimore Ravens.
