Originally from the Dominican Republic, Andrés studied graphic design, a background that helped shape his creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. Over time, he discovered a passion for case management and personal injury law and for more than five years has focused his career on supporting clients through the legal process with professionalism and care. With over a decade of experience in customer service, intake, document retrieval, and case management, Andrés brings a strong foundation of organization, client service, and practical legal support to the team.

Before joining The McPhillip Firm, Andrés worked with several personal injury law firms, where he developed extensive experience handling client communication, coordinating treatment, obtaining records and bills, managing case files, and assisting cases from intake through resolution. In one of those roles, he played an important part in helping build a firm from the ground up, contributing to both daily operations and the development of internal processes.

Known for delivering excellent client service and managing cases with precision and empathy, Andrés is committed to helping clients feel supported and informed during difficult moments. As a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Spanish, he is especially dedicated to providing clear communication and reliable assistance to a diverse client base.
